Occasionally a person finds themselves overwhelmed and in need of immediate help. Perhaps a dual working home may need regular assistance with maintaining the family's routine. Someone else may need daily support in one form or another to find their Balance between work & life. Each person's needs are specific to their individual lives. So our approach is simple and accommodating; you let us know how best we can assist you.
Concierge services are not only for the rich and famous & those individuals in the public eye. More and more people are realizing the value to their investment of delegating the mundane tasks in order to fully enjoy those quiet moments that might have been previously missed amidst the noise life creates.
Helping Hand ~ $32.00 per hour
This form of service would be used at a time when you could just use a quick errand accomplished to check off the week's 'To-Do' list. ​This is also an excellent gift to give a busy family member, a new mother, a harried co-worker or employee.

A minimum of one hour's time is required for initial reservation then at a rate of 15-minute increments thereafter. Time alloted will be agreed upon and you will always be informed should there be more or less time needed prior to the task beginning or continuing.
Personal Concierge Packages
Your Personal Concierge is available to you upon request at $310.00 for 10 hours or $600.00 for 20 hours of service depending upon your needs each month.
Either option gives you peace of mind, knowing Balance has your priorities well in hand. Your concierge will help manage the aspects on your list that can be performed at a desk; while your assistant will help take on the more time-consuming and weekly routine aspects of care. These packages are available on a monthly basis and if not all time is used your hours can be used the following month. See FAQ for more details.
Lifestyle Management ~ Upon Request
This package allows you the ability to reserve Balance's impeccable service to help maintain the calm in your lifestyle. As a Butler overseeing a household's monthly maintenance, Balance will work alongside you. Allowing navigation through your daily life more effectively.
